"I was very late. They waited and helped me to my room. Everything was ready. The had my missed dinner on the table in my room. Large room, a bit plain but every amenity: great shower, nice soaps, lush towels, micro and small fridge, dream bed. Great view out the window. Can't wait to walk around this storied property."

Cabin 6 Mi to Burr Trail, 32 Mi to Escalante!

"Nice little cabin with all the essentials. Everything was as stated and pictured; a small table with chairs and some camp chairs have been added to the deck. It's an older cabin that has been nicely updated. Wifi worked great. Everything was clean and comfortable. Appliances were dated but worked well, and the grill had propane and a lighter. Be aware there is no AC. We were very comfortable with windows open at night, but some might overlook this and not be happy. There were heater units in each room but we did not utilize them.Very convenient to Burr Trail but about an hour to Capitol Reef. It's a lovely drive, though, and perfectly do-able.You do need to remove your own garbage. I checked online and this is typical for rural areas. There are county dumpsters for locals to use in Boulder. We used the primary site at the corner of Hwy 12 and E 400N just South (not north) of the Anasazi Museum. A bit more info regarding this from the rental agent would have been nice for us city dwellers and suburbanites but no big deal.Would stay again and recommend to others."

"We lived our stay at Juniper House in Boulder, UT. The home was a beautiful example of reclaimed and upcycled materials. We especially loved sitting on the deck, which wraps around the house so you can sit in or avoid the sun at any time of day. It is incredibly peaceful and serene. We hope to visit again soon!"

"I just wish there was air conditioning at this location. It was hot in the evenings and the windows were wide open but we still had trouble sleeping. It is a beautiful place and a hidden gem but really needs air conditioning. We also unclogged two toilets when we first got there....not sure what that was about but it was not an issue as we stayed. There is a really good restaurant close to this place ...Burr Trail. Would have been nice to know that this is really remote and you should bring everything you want to eat and drink in. We wanted to get ice cream for the pies that we got at Captital Reef Park and it was 15.00 for a half gallon at the local grocery store....everything was extremely expensive there."

"The house was very clean and generally well appointed. Bedrooms and bathrooms met our needs. We were comfortable with slightly opening some windows and by the heater setting. Great to see the abundant stars at night! And glad that we could rent for just one night.We couldn't find a hair dryer in the second bathroom. We also could not find instructions for trash or check-out, so just followed the same procedures as we have seen in other VRBO rentals.Overall, an excellent property for visiting the beautiful surroundings."
