"Good location with easy transport links. Very useful to have twenty four hour reception and check in, staff at the desk were always very helpful and friendly. Breakfast had a good range of choice, and a good size room so even when busy, didn’t feel overcrowded. The bar downstairs is nice - great for people watching the lobby! "The hotel is located right next to the bahnhoff, making it very easy to get to and from the area, and the proximity to the old town, Mirabellplatz, and the river makes it an excellent choice. The upper 2 floors for the bar and breakfast area privide great views of the city and the fortress on the hill. "

"Truly the greatest stop of our journey through the Alps this summer. We were torn whether to stay outside the city center at one of the other communities around Hallstatt but in the end we took the plunge and stayed at Heritage and it didn’t disappoint. We were able to amble through its quiet streets at night amidst the drizzle and rain and it was perfect. Throw in a good meal at the restaurant there when the other places in town were closed or fully booked and I’d go back again and again if I could. What a magical place Hallstatt is and what a way to complement it by the hotel."
