"Great customer service. The pool is small but heated and nice. Continental breakfast included decent coffee, and an auto pancake maker. There is an elevator, and it's a small hotel so getting in and out to parking was easy. My only complaint is that the bathroom door swings very close to the toilet so it was cramped trying to change and get in and out."

"The property is beautiful and very convenient to Progressive Field. The staff is efficient, friendly, and thoughtful. The bar and dining options are expensive but fabulous. The only downside was the size of the room – absolutely tiny, and the view which was of the wall of the parking garage."
