"Nice hotel, conveniently located, friendly staff, very clean rooms"

"We were pleased with it stay and only found a few things that were not so good. The staff was very welcoming and attentive. We only ate breakfast one of the three mornings and it was okay. The room was comfortable and clean. The toilet did not have great flushing capability. The closet door was hard to use as the track was broken. We plan to stay again the next time we are in the area."

"The woman working in the morning was very kind and helpful, and the other staff members were also pleasant. The breakfast was good as well. However, I was bothered by the strong smell of disinfectant in the room. The shower curtain and lamp were broken, and overall the room did not seem very well maintained. On the positive side, the room was very quiet, which I appreciated."

"Overall, I found the room and facilities to be adequate. I would say there is a general lack of maintenance. The outside doors on the back of the building don't close or lock properly and the one luggage cart was falling apart. Only one ice machine was functional. To be totally fair, there was a sign out in front of the hotel advertising that they were looking to hire maintenance staff so I am sure they are trying their best to hold things together. The staff was friendly and helpful....

"The staff was kind and the hotel was pretty clean. The pool had strange amounts of hair in it and there were no towels in the pool area as well as our room. We felt they weren't telling us the real reason we were not allowed in our room when we got there after check-in time. It was a very strange interaction but felt that if they'd just told us the truth, we wouldn't have felt like we were being lied to."

"I stayed 2 nights in room 219. Room and bathroom was not clean. There was no hair dryer in the room and the hotel reception told me that they would call maintenance but I was unlikely to get one “anytime soon”. The bathroom toilet was dirty when I first walked in. The hot breakfast was not available on Memorial Day morning… the list goes on. Hotel is full on the weekends but their service must keep up the cleanliness and staff availability."

"The room was small, but clean and comfortable. The staff was incredibly helpful, helping me to figure out the public transportation system to get to a concert on an extremely busy weekend. The breakfast is minimal, but has enough basics to get you through and there's a Bob Evans less than a minute down the road if you want something more. I also appreciated the reasonable rates when several other hotels had significantly raised their rates for the weekend. Would highly recommend this hotel and...

"Good location for an overnight while traveling. Pool, hot tub, very good breakfast, although you must pay for breakfast."

"We have stayed here probably fifteen times or more and it seems to us that things are getting pretty lax. There was no soap in shower, no kleenixes in holder, and the room smelled musty. When trying to obtain two extra towels, no one appeared at front desk for five minutes and then I left. Then front desk girl on Sunday told us breakfast was at six, but didn't start til seven. Maybe comfort suites is a better option next time."

I do not like to have to get dressed right away and go to the common area for a coffee . Also there were no drinking glasses , ice bucket , alarm clock or room safe . Far too under equipped !! "

"The property was in a good location and was well maintained. The all inclusive breakfast and dinner was a great addition but the food was just okay. The staff were pleasant and security was good. The room did not have any complimentary water or bathroom accessories like shower caps, but the bed and pillows were comfortable. All in all, our stay was comfortable."
