"Tea Gardens is a place where nothing happens. We checked out a day earlier than what we paid for as the property wasn't maintained well. The main bedroom AC was not functioning properly and was so loud we could hardly sleep. No cooling and every 5 minutes it would shut down and restart with a loud noise. There was black mould in the AC, visible from outside. Overall a very bad experience."

"Stunning view, we stayed for 5 nights, 1st time so close to the water, it was so good to see the dolphins swim past each morning while we were having a cup of coffee. It is located in such a quite peaceful area but not too far from anything else. The property was lovely and clean when we arrived, with plenty of room for everyone. Definitely value for money.I highly recommend this property to other families."

"Great fully furnished with special touches, like bunnings straw hats to use. Beds were comfy and main bedroom was roomy with ensuite and plenty of cupboard and drawer spaces. No ac but fans worked good. There was ac in the lounge which was funished with comfy lounges and a large dining table. Loved the ambiance outside with lighting at night. "

"We recently stayed at this apartment for a week... the accommodation itself was secure and safe, clean and spacious. Every need was catered for. The location itself was beautiful, you could walk to the bay or if you wanted waves its just a few minutes drive. Lots of family activities nearby as well as shops. Will definitely come back again"

"Toilet was really small and there is no exhaust fans You really have to wait till the next person uses the utilities. There's no fans in the bathroom either so everything is fogged up after a shower. Nice access to the water though and feels private"

"What an amazing property for our girls weeks away. Superb views, beautiful house with all quality inclusions and it is walking distance to lots of dining options at the marina. Flat walking along the water at low tide and swimming on sandy beaches at high tide made this such a great location for our weekend. We loved everything and will be back."
