Big room. Aspects of room "tired" and in need of repair (e.g., cracked / broken floor tiles in bathroom, taps in bathroom). Lacks sufficient power points (GPOs) which are supplemented by two cheap power boards. Pleasant outlook from rear of room. Nice quiet location.

Staff were really accommodating. There was a bbq that we used - in great shape. The shower was amazing and there was a jacuzzi tub!!! Nice size room. Comfy beds. All you need! I’d stay again.

At first, we were quite confused to book the motel because of the location as it was one hour away from Nelson bay. However, once we arrived, we found it was worth it. Such a lovely staff and clean room. Plus, the country club is just behind the hotel so it was really convenient to go for a drink and dinner. Also, enjoying the karaoke.

Pleasant motel next to Country Club

A large and comfortable room, quite expensive for a country motel but not much choice in Tea Gardens/Hawks Nest and it does have a very nice spa bath. Easy drive to the river or beach. May be better to look further afield for dinner rather than walk to the Country Club next door.
