"The Ormond was ideal for our overnight stay in Tetbury.We enjoyed a drink and socialising with the locals in the bar,which had a good vibe about it.Our ground floor room was smartly furnishedand plenty big enough.The queen size double bed was very comfortable and the en-suite shower/toilet was well decorated, clean and provided plenty of powerful hot water both in the evening and morning.Our full english and vegetarian breakfast choices were well presented and ample in size.We enjoyed our stay...

"Place was near where i needed to be bar staff in rhe day where very nice The room was big but afraid needed sone tlc haning coofee stains that hace ground in on the table kettle needed descaling some wall paper even over the snug bar area needed attention these details reflect on the ratings. My partner had decaf coffee in the day but at brrakfast was told we dont have decaf? Also we paid for a room with free breakfast again told by staff wheh booking in we coukd have a cooked breakfast pay a...

"It was a very comfortable room, but a litte dated and scruffy round the edges. the staff were all really good - cheerful (moslty!) and friendly which helps a lot. I had a room on the ground floor which opened into the car park so wasn't keen on leaving the window open - it didn't have a lock 'airing' mode, but not a big deal. It felt safe enough. Food options were ecellent and the meal I had was great value for money. "

"Stayed for one night in a spotlessly clean modern bedroom in this very old hotel. The only things that let it down were lack of private parking, a very small en-suite and no hand soap. "

"The hotel is easy to find, great parking, ability to eat at the hotel and sit in a nice beer garden. If you have mobility issues make sure you request ground floor room as there are lots of stairs and long corridors. I stayed in a deluxe room which was advertised as bigger than average. Overall pleasing colour decor. Tea, coffee , water . Now to be picky - the mattresses on the single beds pushed together to represent a" king size bed " need replacing . The shower area needs to be bleached....

"We loved staying at this fantastic old pub the staff were great breakfast was fantastic and included in the price. The only 2 things I would change is the bed, it was rock hard and could’ve don’t with a soft top mattress topper to fix this problem, and there was no air conditioner and the room was very hot so a ceiling fan or even a pedestal fan could be in the rooms. Other than that everything else was great. "

"I cannot recommend highly enough. Simon was on call 24/7 and the information pack was so informative. The only time I had to contact Simon was to ask for an additional 3 nights stay (that says a lot about my enjoyment there), and to check where the recycling bins were which was my stupidity."

"Room was quite superior! Staff accommodating and friendly. Fleece Inn pub was delightful and great food. Bed was very comfortable. Mini-fridge and microwave nice. Struggled with the expresso machine."

"Sean was the best host. So helpful. He suggested dinner at a great pub in town. The house was clean and well stocked - even some food in the kitchen. The garden was charming. Absolutely no complaints at all. Will definitely return if we return to this part of England."
