Absolutely TERRIBLE and upsetting in so many levels. If I could give negative 100 stars I would. This was an AWFUL and disgusting experience and we left 1 hour after checking in. Dirty party house that had overflowing trash cans w/ beer bottles and rotten food that we were required to take to the curb from the previous tenants before we even walked through the door only to find black mold in the vents, stained broken chairs, dirty dishes, rust from broken and decomposing metal hinges sitting in plates, dead cockroach in the bathroom and pubic hair in my bed and all over the bathroom floor, dirty bed sheets, freezer and fridge were dirty with frozen dirty water coating the freezer inside and no response from the owner and zero refund. I was laying my brother to rest during this trip and the owners would not respond to my request for a refund and VRBO was no help. I checked into a hotel at 2:30 in the morning after a very long day of travel. My first and only experience with something like this and I can’t imagine this is how people choose to do business or treat other humans. I pray they only get the best of what they provide. Karma will work it out. I wish I could attach the pictures I have but please don’t be deceived by the photos on the website. It’s a lie I reached out to the host requesting a refund and never heard from them. I would NEVER treat someone this way.
