Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort, communication
I booked this and called because I never received information on checking in. They wouldn’t accommodate my stay because it wasn’t booked two days before. Also tried to charge me multiple times. Each time I spoke with someone new about being charged and even with that I still received text message about being charged,
