Events and commercial photography or videography require prior written approval. Additional fees and applicable permits may be required.

FLORIDA WILDLIFE and PEST AWARENESS

Our home is located in Florida's tropical environment, where wildlife and insects are a natural part of the surroundings.

While uncommon, guests may occasionally encounter lizards, iguanas, raccoons, insects, or other local wildlife.

We maintain regular pest control services. If you notice any concerns during your stay, please contact us through Airbnb messaging so we can assist promptly.

OUTDOOR SECURITY CAMERA

For property security, we have one outdoor floodlight camera monitoring the driveway.

The camera operates 24/7 with motion-activated recording and can be accessed remotely.

There are NO cameras or recording devices inside the home.

To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for everyone, please follow these house rules:
1. No parties or events.
2. No firearms or weapons on the property.
3. No smoking or vaping of any kind, including marijuana.
4. No glitter, confetti, or similar decorative materials.
5. No unregistered guests or visitors without prior approval.
6. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please keep noise levels low during these hours.
7. All pets must be included in the reservation.
8. No commercial photography or videography without prior written consent.
9. Outdoor security cameras are installed on the property for safety and security and to help ensure compliance with house rules.
