"The room was great. Very service-minded staff that would assist with everything incl rental car or issues. We blew out a tire on the rental car, and the hotel staff helped assisting getting a new one. Top notch. The food on the island is overpriced (being an island) and not that great compared to Grand Bahama or Nassau. But everything else was better."

The power went out often and the generator didn't kick on so we called the manager and she got things taken care of, but some days it took a little longer than expected. "
