"This was a great place to stay for fishing and going to spring Training baseball games! The neighbors were friendly and the neighborhood was quiet. So close to activities and restaurants. The orange door was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed."

"Get rid of lockbox and use phone entry system as described in instructions first. Provide heat! No extra blankets to be found. Had to call for space heaters as no thermostat for heat. Heaters had remotes with no batteries. Provide fire alarm. Kitchen sliding doors kept coming out of tracks.Non-working drive way lights. Shower head spray all over. Air conditioner housing by entry door rusted thru and not up to standards. Unit itself was satisfactory."

"We booked last minute for a 1 night stay and it was exactly what we needed. Comfortable beds and the washer and dryer are amazing! Super convenient to stores, restaurants ect. and close to the beach! We could have used some more towels and toiletries in the bathrooms but those are extras and did not impede our overall experience. Eric was responsive and we didn't have any trouble getting in or out of the house. "
