10/10 Excellent

"Staff were great -- the guy who checked me in told me not to worry about getting to the airport 3 hours in advance, given that the airport would not be open then! Also told me about coffee & croissants available at 4 am -- very nice! My room had a fridge and a comfortable bed. One of the bedside lamps didn't work, which was unfortunate, because the room was a little dark without it. I also wish the shower had provided hair conditioner. And I still think the artwork (blindfolded, stylized woman -- same painting in my room 9 years ago at this same hotel!) is creepy, but that's a pretty minor complaint. The hotel remains an excellent option when you need to be really (REALLY!) close to the airport -- less than 5 mins walk, even with a stack of luggage."

"It was sparkling clean. The stuff was really friendly and breakfast was quite okay, I did not use the bar since I like my quiet moments to work and that is what I got. The room is really soundproof and I did not hear anything and the bed was very comfortable and sheets. Pillows very important, they were really comfortable. Thank you."

"There were 2 points that were annoying; however, the rest was excellent. I liked the cleanliness, the space of the room, the good and well connected location of the hotel and the friendly atmosphere. Now the 2 points the hotel management could improve. Both are of technical nature. Throughout my stay of over 2 weeks I had problems with the water for the shower and sink. The water was or got extremely hot and I had to call the hotel reception frequently to help me to adjust the temperature to "normal". I got told it was a malfunction of the water heating system. The solution was something they did on their side and I had to let run the water for 5 to 10 minutes. Even though this inconvenience was known of (I was told by hotel management) it didn't get fixed within 2 weeks. The next point is the air conditioning. Once the weather got warmer I wasn't able to cool down my room sufficiently. Nevertheless, I would stay at this hotel again because the rest was perfect compared to what I had expected. If they only would fix their technical insufficiencies it actually would be a great place to stay."

"Decent simple hotel that was very convenient to the Messe by tram. Biggest complaint is having a hotel that caters to business travelers that has rooms with no desk. Not even a small desk to sit and do any sort of work. The rooms are small but they could install to fold down work surfaces that would make a big difference to a business traveler. Honestly that is the only reason I will not use this hotel when I am back in Stuttgart. Besides that all was fine, nice staff, decent breakfast and bar."

"I just had a very short one night stay to catch my 6 am flight to AMS early in the morning. Everything was really great. My room was spacious and comfortable and the folks at the reception were superfriendly and helpful. My room was also impeccably clean. Awesome!"
