About this property
A comfortable and cozy vacation apartment in Waiblingen near Stuttgart
- Cozy 2-room vacation apartment in the basement in Waiblingen-Hohenacker, formerly known as Ferienwohnung Rose (***). The apartment features a large bedroom, a spacious living/dining area with an open kitchen and access to the large south-facing terrace, and a bathroom.

All shops for daily necessities are within a few minutes’ walk, as is a bus stop (about 10 minutes to Waiblingen’s historic old town). By S-Bahn (about a 12-minute walk, with P+R parking), you can reach the heart of Stuttgart in 20 minutes; Stuttgart Airport and the trade fair grounds are accessible in 55 minutes without having to transfer trains. From our vacation rental, it’s just a few minutes to the countryside, and the Unteres Remstal Nature Reserve is also easily accessible on foot.

Urlaub

Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung

Tutto ok (sale e olio)
Bella casetta, molto attrezzata, pulita, funzionale e ben arredata.

Tolle Gastgeber, sehr hilfsbereit. Ein wahrer Glücksgriff.

Absolut Empfehlenswert
