Wir waren privat unterwegs und hatten das Gefühl, dass wir nicht gerade die Kernzielgruppe sind. Es war alles tipptopp in Ordnung, und doch fehlte es an Details. - Die Blackoutvorhänge verdunkeln nur unzureichend - das sehr ordentliche Frühstück war eher auf den herzhaften Appetit männlicher Geschäftsreisender ausgelegt, Sojamilch hätten wir vorher bestellen müssen. - die Kopfkissen waren unterschiedlich, eines davon kaum nutzbar. Die Mitarbeiter haben sich sehr bemüht und unsere Wünsche erfüllt. Man muss halt früh fragen, dann passt es.

Das Hotel lässt unnötig Punkte liegen: Teppichboden in den Zimmern sind völlig unhygienisch und in unserem Fall auch fleckig. Die Beleuchtung im Bad ist unzureichend, Haken oder Ablagen fehlen und im Zimmer selbst sind Lampenschirme locker etc. Es sind Details, aber die sind völlig unnötig und stören das Gesamtbild - schade.
