On my second night I discovered there is accommodation in the attic with bare floor boards- I had a rather noisy person above me! These should be carpeted as a courtesy to those on the ground floor.The person who checked me in was pleasant but not thorough with information. I met her in the grounds as I was checking out and her dog was growling at me.My room was adequate and nicely carpeted with...

"This is a very comfortable, spotlessly clean and tidy B and B with a great breakfast and very friendly staff. Some really nice touches are the delicious chocolate bars in rooms daily and on the last day a post card appears on your table of one of the excellent pencil drawings by the owner which line the walls of the breakfast room.
