The bed was very comfortable and AC worked well. Plus the rooftop hot and cold spring bath were amazing and unbeatable view of Su Ao. The staff were also very helpful, courteous, and polite. I was in town for work and my stay was dependent on the work, and the resident manager Lawrence was very accommodating and he also helped break the language barrier as his English was impeccable! Also like to thank Peter in the restaurant side for also being able to help translate and was very polite and professional. Thank you so much RSL hotel for a great , yet short, stay. I will be back and will also highly recommend this hotel to others if you are in the area."

"The accommodation is accessible via the public bus to Wulai. The walk to Wulai old street is about 15 min but you can also take the public bus to Wulai old street. There is a small stretch of area about 5 min away where there are food available. The staff is friendly and helpful and bring our luggage to the room. Breakfast is bento style, mainly Chinese but bread is available as well. If you are looking for a stay in Wulai, this place is highly recommended. "
