"I booked a double queen bed room for two people, however I got a pull out bed without bed-set and woke up with heavy back pain. The bed set was requested by me and it was delivered to a different room. Eventually I got it at 10:30pm. The toilet seat was flipped out and I almost fell off. There was no space for sitting in the breakfast room. Even though, the staff told us we received presidential quality room when I complained during checking out. It was the worst experience ever. I hope one day the president will have a chance to stay there, but not me."

"Every piece of furniture was broken. There was one chair, which was an old beat up office chair. It was a smoking room, and we were told to smoke on the balcony with no ashtrays and no chairs. The bed was hard and ancient. We asked for extra pillows and were refused. And to top it all off, there were cockroaches. Whomever gave this place a high mark had to be high on crack"

"Surprisingly good experience at Embassy Suites, Berkeley Heights. We travel a lot for soccer tournaments and we’ve seen some sagging mattresses and sad breakfasts. But this was not that. The room was comfy, clean, and well appointed. The breakfast was excellent. Fresh seasonal fruit and made omelettes were highlights. From the front desk to the dining room—all good!"

"Could use bathroom sink because it was filled with black mold with strong odor. Ant was on dining table so I couldn’t eat food in the room . I called the staff they never mind me . Called the second time maintenance came and left back out . They came back and they left back out never fixed the problem."

"This was the most disgustingly dirty place I have ever been too, we could not even stay. The mattress was covered in blood and pee stains. "

"Room was clean. Nothing fancy - basic TV, no cable. No maid service for four days, but that probably is standard for extended stay places. Only one elevator in the building and it broke Friday. They fixed it, but it took a day. Breakfast was the usual free fare but more than adequate. You can't get from the rooms to the main building without going outside. If you're looking for a clean place and a reasonable price without the frills this place will do."
