"Beautiful location with a friendly staff. The views are great and it’s right by the top of the falls. Each floor has an area with tables set up and puzzles out. That was nice to sit and work on a puzzle with a view when it was raining. The restaurant could use some improvement - food is standard buffet items, so ok but not great. "Nice, quiet property, surrounded by woods. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Very reasonably priced. Would definitely stay there again. Blairsville is such a charming town. Loved breakfast at G&G Bakery and loaded up with bagels and cranberry muffins prior to heading home. Awesome meal at the Italian restaurant, Michaelee, chocolate crusted chicken salad with balsamic chocolate glaze, their cod was also excellent."

"Beautiful and charming little cottage nestled in the woods that felt quiet and secluded, but it was only a 15 minute drive from restaurants and other businesses. The host, Kellie, was awesome and she went out of her way to make everyone feel welcome. The bed was so comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and modern. It was such a a pleasant and relaxing experience. We will definitely return."

"Just a few families enjoying lake Blue Ridge. House is great and we have stayed here before. Kids really enjoy the bunk room and the pool is amazing. This house is probably a bit better during the summer when the lake level is higher. Overall I think most anyone will be happy staying here."

"House was a wonderful place to relax for the week. Bed was comfortable. Loved the views of the mountains. Deer met us at the fence line one morning. Neighborhood was quiet and very peaceful. We loved the two wood burning fireplaces. Owners were very responsive to our questions. Would love to return!!"

"Everything was wonderful - clean, organized, well stocked, and the surrounding property was pretty. Walked around the small lake on the property - was beautiful and peaceful. The host was very responsive and helpful. I did not have time to take advantage of the adjoining med-spa for a massage or a facial - hopefully next time. Would definitely stay here again! A great birthday trip all the way around! "

"Awesome spot in the Blue Ridge, GA area. We had a group of 11 guys stay here for a reunion so this worked for us. The property is gigantic with lots of space to hang and roam. One issue we had was one side of the house was not cooling down as well as the rest of the house. The manager was responsive and had an A/C repair man come check it out the next day. "The house is spacious and beautiful with fabulous views. We had everything we needed to keep us busy and the Big Canoe community has tons of extras that everyone was able to enjoy. The host was very friendly and responsive. Had a slight problem with the coded door lock, but the host quickly solved the problem (even though it was very late). We made some wonderful memories with the family for Thanksgiving. I definitely recommend this house and would stay here again!"

"This was a great experience. The location along the creek and the sound of the rippling water was amazing. The screened back porch with a swing was so relaxing. Super clean with unique decor. "My wife and I celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary in Blue Ridge, GA at the Magnolia Cottage. Everything on the listing as was as listed and it was perfect for 2 people. Warm days and cooler nights were just what we were wanting and being able to enjoy them at the Magnolia made for the perfect getaway.
