"Le doy 2 estrellas por el siguiente motivo: se realizó la reservación con 1 día de anticipación y, el día que llegaríamos nos indicaron que TODO estaba bien. Cuando llegamos al Hotel nos encontramos con la sorpresa que no nos quedaríamos en ese hotel sino en un departamento del mismo dueño que estaba en OTRA DIRECCIÓN por 1 noche y, al día siguiente a las 11:00 am nos trasladaríamos a otro hotel que estaba cerca del hotel donde inicialmente nos íbamos a hospedar. "We absolutely loved our stay at Guatemala Dreams. Our hosts Jonty and Kimberly are exceptional. They went above and beyond meeting our needs. Even giving us a zuccini when the market we walked to was closed and we still wanted to cook on the deck. They also arranged a hike for us with our lovely guide, Chico, to see ancient Mayan ruins. driver to get us back to the airport via a tstop at some more ruins.The hot tub and sauna were wonderful and picturesque. "The place didn’t have a setup account for expedia payments and couldn’t stay at the place which was empty at a very shady location. Such inconvenient to arrive and leave at night time to find another place to stay. "
