"I actually stayed at this particular Hilton several times when I have came to Suffolk, Va. Staff has always been polite and attentive, however I wish there was a better policy in place for a general cleaning of the room? Unlike the many Hotels I have stayed the Hilton doesn’t provide a daily cleaning service which is an inconvenience when I return to my room, however the Hilton Front Desk employee did offer me new towels but that offer came by request.
