"I was very disappointed with my stay, especially considering I paid over $300. The environment was extremely loud, the bathtub was clogged and drained very slowly, and there were no towels available after using the pool. The pool itself was nice, but that was one of the few positives. We also had to pay extra for parking, which made the experience even more frustrating. On top of that, we never even got the chance to try the breakfast because security accused us of smoking and removed us from the hotel. Overall, this was a very poor experience and not worth the money at all."

"The pillow-top mattress was like sleeping on a cloud! The room was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed a great breakfast of eggs, sausage, waffles, and fruit. I was surprised to find organic milk for cereal. There was a small gym, also. It was a very nice stay!"

"Staff was Amazing , AM Midday and evening. Greetings every time. Restaurant 10/10. They have specials for week nights as well as a nice lounge on the weekends. Micheal the bartender was so nice, well presented, well manager. Imani/Amani was such a sweet server, with a blessed future a head of her. The restaurant GM has a staff that complements her very well. Front desk staff was amazing very thorough. My only issue was the POOL being out of order. That hurt my soul. Hopefully by my next booking we can be at the pool. "

"Room was ok, nothing special. Shower had good pressure. We stayed there four days and never had the room serviced. Getting clean replacement towels dumped on the counter is not servicing the room in my estimation. I even requested service and they did not do it. We needed an extra night through circumstances out of our control and the staff made no effort to try to offer a reasonable rate or negotiate. Without hesitation, we checked out and went to the hotel next door. In general, the staff really seemed to lack training on hospitality or professional expectations. We did not have breakfast there so I can’t comment on it. Location is good. Near a lot of dining and casual commerce. If you have a short stay and simple needs, it’s fine. Needing anything in particular or special for a longer time, take the time to consider carefully. "
