"The house was cozy and a very welcoming respite after seventeen hours on the road. Communication with management was pleasant and easy. Most of the events and activities that we attended were relatively close by. It was just the two of us, but there was plenty of room for a family with kids."

"My husband, chihuahua and I stayed at the cottage for 4 days while in Virginia. We loved the view of the water from all the windows that allowed natural light in. We watched all the birds and crabs while sitting on the back porch. The location is great for visiting all the Historic areas. We took a segway tour and Ghost tour in Yorktown. We spent a whole day walking around in Williamsburg. Being a history buff my husband really enjoyed it. I even learned a few things. LOL I would recommend...

"A pleasant house for our family. Quiet neighborhood located close to everything we needed. Fenced backyard with a pergola was perfect for everyone, enjoyed especially by their small dog. We enjoyed playing cornhole. Lighting was very good. It was obvious that remodeling was well planned with attention to detail."

"Our grandchildren came for several visits and overnights. It was great. The cottage is very user friendly and was quiet. The surrounding areas uncluding paddock was a bonus for our Shetland sheepdogs. The walking trails were fine. We had a fantastic stay."

"We loved the analog house! It is like having your own private sanctuary in the woods. The house was perfect for me and my husband and our two dogs. The kitchen is amazing and very well appointed. You really do have your own private beach front. We went kayaking, which was so nice and collected a bunch of shells. The sunsets on the beach every night were incredible. We will love this place and will definitely be back."

"The house was perfect for us since we each had our own room. The kitchen and living room were great for long chats and reminiscing. The location was only a short drive to Colonial Williamsburg so we went all 3 days. We enjoyed the fire pit and ate yummy s’mores! Highly recommend this place!"

"Location is the ONLY perk to this property. Upon arrival we found the place to be minimally tidy and the smell of mold. It isn't adequately stocked with even a counter cleaner, toliet paper, paper towels, 3 forks.I asked if we could be provided with a few things including batteries for thermostat that were low, few fans (place does not properly cool) She was out of town and told me to buy whatever I needed to make our stay better and she would reimburse, which she did. "The house was very clean and so cute. It had everything we needed and then some. The kitchen was fully stocked, the back porch was so nice and quiet, and the beds were so comfy. We had so much fun during our stay. There is even a nice playground within walking distance off the ocean we walked to a few times. The host was awesome and stayed in contact. She responded almost a soon as I text her. She really wants you to have no worries and make your stay perfect."

"The ceiling was low, bathroom sink was clogged. Bathroom floor needs work. Property was clean and beds were comfortable. Loved being at the beach. They have a different Property i stayed at on an earlier date that was great. Although we didnt care for the mentioned things, the process was easy and the owners were good to deal with."
