"Worst experience ever.. I was not anle to get my room until 11:40pm, they gave lame excuse and are not sympathetic. Inl was in parking lot from 6 til 11:30pm and they not even offer me consolation for my late checkin. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
I called the manager calling card and no answer, I also emailed the asst manager and manager, NO REPLY... never again with this studio hotel.."
