"We found the hotel to be located conveniently in Shinjuku. Tokyo is wide and transportation access will be crucial to get places, and the hotel is six minutes away from Shinjuku station. There are numerous shops, stores and food spots minutes away. The building is in great condition, the room was spacious and very clean and the staff are polite and helpful. We were offered a later check-out time as an option due to our VIP membership which was nice of them. We did not have breakfast here, but they did also offer us a discounted price and they have both Japanese and Western available. Overall, the hotel was great!"

"The breakfast was good. Rooms were good. Very busy part of town so lot of hustle bustle around but room was quiet for good sleep. Technologically savvy TV which helps you navigate your stay."

"Rooms are always clean and taking care of, the bed oh my God Tokio was our last hotel in our trip and I was finally able to sleep the point the whole family fall asleep until next day, convenient location the cafeteria o round the corner my god delicious prices are great every day they have diferente food to choose from and their coffee 😋 Train station close by so yes I highly recomend this hotel "
