"Excellent hotel for family stay"

"Clean room and property. Wonderful to have not only restaurant but convenience store on.site. Wonderful work out room and public bath. Hard to.get used to such a small space but at least could put luggage under beds. "

"The hotel looks lovely from the outside and lobby but the rooms feel very stuffy and the bathroom didn’t feel clean. Staff did not communicate well in English and the breakfast was the same every day and not very good. I felt for the cost we paid wasn’t really worth it. We spent 5 nights with another couple and tbey felt the same as we did. The location is very central to the shops and restaurants. The Lobby bar was also very nice with good service. "

"It is in a central location with lots of shops nearby. The air conditioning cannot be adjusted at each room so the room is too warm for us."

"Breakfast was great, I would say it really does cater for everyone. Lovely fresh fruit, pastries, cereal, bread, traditional Japanese, coffee, tea etc. Washing machines, dryers and microwaves are something that I didn’t expect and which came in very useful. We had a standard double room, shower was wonderful, and all you could need was available, shaver, shaving cream, face wash, bath salts, on top of the normal body wash and shampoo etc. TV which we were able to stream too, phone and safe. It wasn’t a big room, in fact it was quite small, but it was workable and was in a fantastic location. I would definitely stay here again. "
