"The property itself okay, but unclean. The bedding was clean, but the carpeted areas and soft furnishings were not. Crumbs on the sofa and visibly dirty dusty carpet, the mattress was deeply stained brown and filled with crumbs and food waste under it. "Staff we're excellent made us feel really welcome ,room was clean and well equipped the bar was well stocked with a relaxed modern feel , The Devon taster menu was both varied and filling presented and cooked very well we had five items which we felt was enough for two. The breakfast was very good with all the normal breakfast items including full english , salmon ,cereal ,yogurt ,fruit , hot breakfast items are cooked to order in a timely fashion , location is excellent right in the middle of town ,good wi-fi connection no issues we really enjoyed our two night stay ."
