"Would have been a great stay if the pool was open. they should have let us know before hand the pool was closed. When we got there was told after checked in. Was only reason why we pick this place. Person we talk to had no clue why and didn’t bother to ask. Also person had no clue on anything we asked."

"Hot tub was dirty and green and the pool had tabs of chlorine in it that were not dissolved and the smell of chlorine was terrible sitting on the chairs the paint was chipping off to my arms the elevator stopped working and the lady who was cleaning gave me a weird look. They do not offer a good breakfast option and it’s way to expensive. "

"Clean and friendly staff. Breakfast area had plenty of seating and food was fresh and staff present for any questions. Fancy coffee machines :)"

"We chose to stay here with our granddaughter because we liked the suites and pool. We would be close to activities including the JellyBelly factory, Six flags, hiking and mini golf. When we arrived we waited 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check us in. The suite was spacious if dated with a broken window lock, cracked sink and the main room TV did not work. The pool and hot tub were green and fetid. When I mentioned this to the front desk in the morning they said that the person who looked after the pool came after 8am - the stated pool opening time. Our room was neither cleaned or resupplied in the 4 nights we were there. On day 3 we put the garbage in the hall, it was emptied but left in the hall. By our door. The beds were comfortable with a good selection of pillows. Overall I would have to say the Staybridge Suites is in decline with aging infrastructure and no one around to care. "
