"First, I overpaid on Expedia. I know this is extended stay, and I only stayed overnight. It is the strangest motel I've ever seen. Full fridge, two burners, full sink, big microwave. NO coffee pot. NOT a single dish or utensil. You have to buy those! No iron. No hair dryer. The bed was decent, and the shower door was nice. The colors and the furnishings were just plain ugly and cheap. Nice people at the desk. It's still relatively new and clean, but the absolutely coldest place I've ever stayed. It puzzles me why Wyndham would design a place like this. Inconvenient and stark, at best. "

"Absolutely beautiful hotel in Bristol! The staff were so helpful and kind, the room was spacious and had so many windows. I loved it! The food and drinks at the rooftop bar and restaurant were very good. Overall just a lovely experience. "

"Hotel check-in process was smooth. Our room location was good room amenities were OK. The big biggest disappointment was the hotel was advertised as breakfast unfortunately that was a miscommunication. It should’ve been listed as continental breakfast. The only thing offered were coffee, blueberry chocolate muffin, and a granola bar there is no other food, hot food waffles nothing so that was a very big disappointment had known it was going to be such a poor breakfast. I would’ve stayed at another hotel. This is a misrepresentation that I hope Hotels.com and call extended stay in brand can remedy."
