"This cabin was everything we were hoping for. It was cozy and rustic, but also super clean, spacious, and clearly well taken care of. The open layout was great for hanging out, but there was still plenty of space when you needed a little quiet. "The cabin was beautiful, clean, and the owner was very kind and quick to respond. We loved the location with direct access to the lake, and only a short drive to ETSU . It was quiet and private, situated at the end of an inlet on Boone Lake. We loved our stay, and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking in the area. "

"It was an okay stay and the property was very clean. The showers were a little dirty and the back one didn’t heat up completely. This is to be expected at a campground, but what I didn’t expect was how worried the staff was about the 5 mph speed limit. Even if we were only going 7 we would still get chased down and told to slow down. This did not seem like a big deal to me and my friends, but apparently we were wrong"
