"The entire place was so quaint. The place was first class. Everyone was so nice and friendly. I saw 2 other rooms beside the one I stayed in. Extremely large rooms. Seating areas with chairs to watch large TV. Bed was very comfortable. The menu had a variety of choices. The bar was very cozy."

"Beautiful decorated and great for our family coming in for a wedding. Property was in walking distance to the city’s historic area and within 1-2 miles of groceries and dining. A/C was turned on prior to our summer arrival as it took a little while for upstairs to cool so thank you. Just wish shades in downstairs bedroom and bathrooms were solid to ensure privacy but that is more my worry than my families during the stay."

"Our favorite thing to do when traveling is to find off the beaten path places. This property was even better than the listing. It was awesome. We were impressed by all of the artistic elements in the decor both inside and out. It was so comfortable and welcoming. The oasis kept your attention discovering all of the unique fun decor as you went room to room or while you just sat relaxing. It boasted everything you could want and more whether for a couple or for a family vacation. We enjoyed the outdoor space with its pool, hot tub and comfortable seating areas. Sitting around the fire pit will definitely be a favorite memory for us. We are looking forward to another visit for sure."

"This property was one of the best we have ever stayed in. It was clean and had everything possible to help our stay be great. It was well stocked with supplies and recreational equipment. The boat dock and ramp was great for our boats."

"House and experience was good. House was clean, location was good.Constructive criticism:1. In the sign in book there was a complaint from 2022 about no light on the back porch for cooking after dark. That has not been addressed and it is very dark at night. I suggest replacing ceiling fans with ones that have a light built in.2. The walk down to the dock is dangerous. Once off the grass, you go down a set of stairs that have very shallow step treads and are not level. Then you have a very long step down onto 2 cinder blocks. The blocks are not level, nor stable. It is a long step even for someone 6' tall. Then another cinder block to step onto dock that is not stable or level. Coming back up the grass yard with wet feet is also dangerous due to the slope. This would be inaccessible for anyone older or not in good physical shape. Also, the dock has a healthy wasp population that is problematic.3. Depending on your stay length, if you want more than 1 towel and washrag per person, you will need to provide your own.4. Some pots and pans were found dirty.5. Bring plenty of your own dishwasher soap, we found none.6. There are 2 small trash cans outside and if you have more trash than that, you are directed to transport it to the county dump. Not cool for the of stay. Trash cans should at least be full sized. We stayed 3 days, both were full at the end.7. No contact from guest contact until day of. Evolve host contact is via AI. Had to ask for check in instructions."
