"Pool seemed to be a free for all, packed, kids out of control, and used by many I suspect not staying at the hotel, observed a number of people having the pool gate opened for them, some coming to the gate and walking away, finding a parking space during the day was very challenging, possibly people coming to use the pool. Hotel/Room/Staff were very NICE."
