Friendly staff and very helpful. Room was clean but they only come to clean once a week to clean again and there is no trash cans or cleaning tools so garbage piles up and room gets dirty on top of being well over priced for the services you get.

Stay away for you health and safety!

Staff was nice at the office is the only good thing about this place. Health and safety hazards galore. Walked into room and noticed the smoke detector battery slot open without a battery. Mold on the bathroom ceiling and baseboards probably due to the exhaust fan not working. The air filter on the air conditioner was filthy. Also hard to tell if the door is locked or not because there is no deadbolt and no other security measure inside like a latch or something on the door. Sheets seemed to be half washed with a few curly black hairs similar to pubic hairs on them. The parking is ridiculous due to their not being ample room go park vehicles so it is over crowded. The refund policy is NO refunds whatsoever and I can see why with such poor conditions.

Rudeness of staff at check in. They claimed they didnt have our reservation and when i showed them confirnation I felt like they were forced to find accommodations for us. I reserved 2 rooms. One was fine but in the other one the TV and toilet didn't work.

Average stay

The price was right. It was the middle of the road stay,the location was more suited to people working out of town for a week or two. The walls were way to thin, no bathroom amenities. On a good note the beds were very comfortable the towels were way above average, and the room was super clean. The desk clerk was fantastic.

Is not for a family stay, more for anyone working in the area, was to small felt crammed up, had maintenance problems the day of check-in unloaded car got settled in then had to changed rooms after a long drive to get there, was hard to get comfortable, i could go on an on about my stay, bad experience and will never stay there again.

Great service!!

Our AC wasn’t working and I made a call to overnight management. She upgraded our facility and had security meet us there to let us in while she was on her way there. This was at 1am so she also gave us a later checkout time. Very accommodating!

The property was nice the room was nice but the toilet had a leak and we didn't find it until we got back to the room around 10pm. We called the office and someone came to fix it and they didn't have the part so they had to turn it off and we had to move to another room. But other than that it was ok.

No fridge, no microwave, internet signal too weak to connect, ants in room, never came to clean room or bring new towels. Asked for both fridge and microwave and never received either one; had to use cell phone hot spot for internet, had to ask for new towels and never received any. The people to the room next to me we're up at all hours screaming at each other. Definitely will not stay there again or recommend.
