Newly remodeled hotel in an older building in downtown Frickenhausen. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious, clean, and everything looks brand new. Comfortable beds and the A/C works great. Friendly and helpful English-speaking staff, excellent breakfast, and nice beer garden. Free parking is a three-minute walk. We've stayed there twice during the summer of 2025. Would I stay there again? Yes!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious with a great variety of options. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service. After I checked out, I realized I had left the ear pieces of my AirPods behind. I contacted the hotel, and to my relief, they quickly located them. Very friendly welcome and early check in since we have arrived earlier then expected we have had a very good experience and recommend to get the breakfast since just the view is stunning besides all choices at the buffet. Amazing we will sure be back of in the area again.

Second stay at this hotel (different owner) and it is as beautiful as we remembered. The hotel is located in a forest along the Main river. There are plenty of trails that lead to quaint farming towns, and wind along the river. Bikes are available for rent. Our room was spacious and clean - very comfortable. Wonderful stay

It was really splendid. We came rather late and the kitchen stayed open until we ordered an evening meal. I missed an email from the hotel asking if my parents needed to be in the part of the complex served by a lift, but I was touched by the concern. I slept really well, the bed was comfy and I loved the teddy bear to make the room cosy

Beautiful hotel, well kept, the food was good, sadly the beer garden was closed and under construction

I parked in the back and had trouble finding the entrance (my error), walking through the kitchen. The staff was more than accommodating and very friendly. The room was well appointed. Our room was next to the church tower, and the bells rang intermittently through the night. The hotel supplies ear plugs. Breakfast was wonderful!

Very quiet in a little villsge. Breakfast buffet was really nice. Bed was very comfortable, but was two twins pushed together and made up separately. Less than ideal for an intimate couple. The Host was very accommodating and friendly.
