"Our situation was all determined by my 10 month old great granddaughter. She was finished with her car seat and a long travel day. While entering West Kelowna having stayed on the property before it was my first choice. Upon checking in with my family we were given a Family room. It was fantastic, and so comfortable. The staff were wonderful! We call the staff for little things and they delivered. We needed hot water for fresh bottles, and dish soap to clean used bottles.. I give the property and team 100%!"

"The Landing restaurant was average at best. Setting was amazing. The food presentation was less than average. Appetizers came out on steel oven trays. Same with the Burger and the seafood salad. It coloured the whole experience. Having said that, the service was excellent!"

"The hotel itself and the rooms are nice. But the downtown is has a lot of homelessness and some were even hanging out in the doorway. The hotel locks the doors from 9pm(?) onwards and it makes entering and exiting the hotel feel unpleasant. The hotel and the room was good. Parking was also a problem. The underground parade had a 6ft height limit and the extra parking in the back alley felt deeply unsafe. We parked a block away on Lawrence st."
