Although the motel is next to a very busy noisy highway, it was pretty quiet when the room door was closed. There is a wonderful coffee and breakfast spot nearby called Crick at a local cidery. We walked there (10 min) and the food and coffee were very good.

We had to evacate the hotel on our second night due to the fire. I was really disappointed with the information provided by the front desk as to our safety. I would still book another stay with Summerland Motel as the location is still our favorite location.

The room was clean, in need of a few repairs (bathroom sink), the shower was walk-in and wonderful. The beds were very comfortable. The room was fairly quiet except for outside traffic noise as you are beside the highway. Very enjoyable stay.

Not the newest motel but rooms are clean, beds were extremely comfortable, parking was convenient and staff was friendly and helpful. The noise from the very close highway was bothersome at first but faded into the background as time went by.

Best hotel in Summerland

One of the best hotels I've stayed at. Fast and friendly service and most importantly, the bed was very comfortable. Easy to find and close to either Penticton or downtown Summerland. Highly recommend and the rates are very affordable!
