The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom with a luxurious garden tub—the perfect place to unwind after a day on the water. The second bedroom offers a plush queen bed and ample closet space, while the third bedroom is ideal for families or remote workers, with two twin beds and a dedicated workspace featuring an ergonomic chair, comfortable desk, and large monitor for easy laptop hookup.

Casa Palma is pet-friendly for up to two small, well-behaved dogs (under 50 pounds) with a non-refundable fee of $250 per pet. Please inform the rental manager at the time of booking if you plan to bring a pet.

This is a 28-night minimum rental per county ordinance. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Renter must be 25 years of age or older. Overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 6 people, and all guests need to be registered with the Rental manager. No smoking. Utilities are included within reason. This home accommodates up to 2 cars and 1 trailer. If you require additional parking, please contact us to check if extra vehicles can be accommodated.
All reservations subject to final approval from the local Rental Manager. Online bookings accepted with approval from the Rental Manager within 24 hours. There is a 4% credit card processing fee. The vacation rental contract must be signed and returned after speaking with the Rental Manager for the reservation to be confirmed.
