Welcome to The Lakehouse Retreat, located on the shores of beautiful Lake Macquarie in a quiet cul-de-sac.

This sun soaked, Hampton style luxury accommodation occupies one of the most exclusive waterfront positions on Lake Macquarie on the NSW Central Coast, and offers everything you could ever dream of for your holiday, with panoramic water views and shared jetty. This house is a sanctuary for those looking to relax as you immerse yourself with nature and enjoy the coastal lifestyle on offer.

This home has large open living spaces with an indoor/outdoor entertaining area, beautiful timber floors throughout and beautifully styled furnishings. It offers perfect ventilation for enjoying those sea breezes.

Stunning galley style kitchen with a white marble island bench overlooking casual dining area that also opens onto the alfresco deck and lake. With quality appliances, 3 burner induction stove top, electric oven, dishwasher, two door fridge with freezer draw, and Delonghi Nepresso pod coffee machine. Kitchen is fully equipped with appliances along with cutlery & utensils + kitchen necessities/basics.

Ducted air-conditioning on the upstairs level, spilt system air-conditioner in master bedroom downstairs as well as downstairs living area + ceiling fans, there is also a gas fireplace downstairs.

Other features include: flat screen smart TV, Wifi access available for guests, full laundry facilities, comfy lounges, BBQ, Books & games for kids.
All bathrooms have a welcome supply of soap, hand soap and toilet paper.
Bed linen and bath towels are provided for your convenience.

Comfortably sleeping 8 people, this home is suitable for 1-2 families or is equally ideal as a spacious, private family retreat.

We have a strict NO PARTY OR EVENTS policy. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, so any type of events such as hens/bucks/bridal showers/schoolies/end of season sporting groups/birthday parties celebration are not allowed. If you are unsure if your group falls into any of these categories please enquire before booking. We can easily determine if the house rule of “No parties or events” is disrespected, and this means additional charges, bond forfeited and/or eviction will apply.

We enjoyed every minute at this gorgeous home in the most picturesque location. Spent a weekend here with friends & the vista was truly breathtaking. The house is so beautifully presented & extremely well-equipped - they have thought of everything you could possibly need & have created such a welcoming & homely vibe. The property was exactly as advertised but the home was so warm and inviting . Everything you could think of was supplied, we loved the main living areas and the downstairs bedroom and main upstairs room- stunning views. Could not fault anything, communication was excellent. We would have become squatters if we didn’t have to return to our families and work 😂

Took a group of friends there for my 60th. The place was spotless, the outlook was fabulous, just like the pictures and my friends were all considering booking the Lakehouse for their next family holiday. My only regret is that I booked only 2 nights and should have booked 3.
