We enjoyed our stay in one of the three rooms upstairs from the lively ice cream parlor located in a grand heritage home. Our room (#3) was an apartment with a full kitchen and living room on the 2nd floor, and a large attic bedroom with 2 queen beds. Highly recommended.

If you don't like ice cream and don't like to see happy people consuming it then don't come here. But aside from those 2 or souls, everyone else will love to stay here. Our suite was spacious and clean, the staff kind and helpful. A beautiful heritage building in the heart of Summerside, one block off the Confederation Trail.

Wonderful experience!

If you're looking for a home-like atmosphere rather than a chain motel, this is definitely the place to go! Very spacious with quality vintage furnishings. Incredibly comfortable and relaxing stay. It was a pleasure to interact with the owners and staff. We will be staying here for all our annual PEI visits. Highly recommend!

Nice location in heritage home. Downtown there is the most delicious ice cream business in PEI, they are very busy, it did not affect our stay. Lots of space with bedroom, kitchen area and living room.

The rooms sit on top of the best ice cream shop in town! Our room (#2) was huge and had separate sleeping, lounging and kitchen areas. The location is perfect for exploring the downtown and waterfront areas. We were very comfortable and would stay here again.

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay at Holman’s! We had a beautiful studio. Close to everything in Summerside and walking distance to pier and restaurants. We also enjoyed our evening scoop of delicious Holmans home made ice cream right downstairs!

Our apartment above the famous ice cream shop was spacious, clean, well appointed. The gardens downstairs are just lovely and the perfect spot for an early morning cup of tea. The location is near downtown, the waterfront, and the walking trail. We highly recommend the apartments.

A lovely and well cared for property with everything you need. The suites are soundproof and well stocked. We ate the most delicious ice cream every day, sat by the outdoor fire, enjoyed the gardens and loved every minute. We will definitely be returning.

What an amazing property you have!!! We enjoyed our stay very much! We didn’t spend a ton of time in our room as we were out exploring PEI…but our room was very clean and comfortable…when we come back this way this will be the place we stay at!! The ice cream is amazing as well…the best bubblegum ice cream I’ve ever had!!!

We came to visit PEI for the first time from Colorado. We found the staff incredible in wanting our visit to be perfect.... and it was! The rooms are sizable and quiet in a stately Summerside home.

Comfortable and relaxing!

The beds were very comfortable, and the bedroom had a screened window that opened wide to let in the beautiful fresh sea air, so we slept very well. The kitchen/living area was nice and bright. And the beautiful garden was perfect for enjoying our morning coffee (with Summerside's best coffee shop just two blocks away). A very relaxing place to stay!
