"Very comfortable beds, pool looked nice, location is good. I think it would be nice if they had hot water and coffee available all day. Also would have been good to have toiletries available for purchase? We forgot toothpaste and had to run to a store. The gym is not well equipped. The hotel looks nice but could definitely offer some simple conveniences for a better experience."

"Looks like a new facility that was exceptional in it's cleanliness and maintenance. Staff could care less. They have a paying job. Two exceptions to the statement about the staff were a young lady who suddenly walked through the front door to check us in after we had been standing at registration about 10 to 12 minutes. The other exception was a maid (i.e. after I had returned to the hotel after breakfast out, "I " greeted the two idel employees at registration with..." good morning ". They looked at me as if I was speaking a foreign language without saying a word. Lastly, what's with the parking at this facility???"

"This hotel is clean but OLD! The fridge was not plugged in, the furniture beat up and NO water pressure in the shower. Also no SmartTV in the room and the trash truck woke us up at 4am with flashing lights through the broken blinds and parked literally beside our bedroom to empty a dumpster. Sounded like a bomb went off! Very close to shopping and downtown amenities but otherwise just very old, dated hotel. "

"The facility is showing signs of wear in almost all areas. The proximity to attractions and transportation is great. The staff was professional and courteous. The view of the harbor is a huge plus."
