"Clean room, great location, friendly staff."

"We loved the location as it was close to theaters, restaurants and attractions. The hotel has an old world feel and the staff was always welcoming and responsive to our concern about hot water. The room was small but adequate. We liked having a bureau to put our clothes in. We hope to return."

"The staff missed cleaning the room three nights straight. When we told the front desk, she asked “did you tell us”? When daily cleaning was mentioned as one of the services included, it is disappointing and sounds fraudulent for the facility to “miss” the room three nights straight and blamed the customers for not “telling them”. "

"The location is the best thing about the property. The hotel is dated and needs upgrading. The bathroom had fresh, visible stains on the wall which was an indication that it isn't cleaned well. I was told that a room was available for check-in @ noon and when I arrived it was like I was forced to upgrade due to the front desk knowing that I was ready to settle in. I was told that I was getting a great view in the best room available. The view was horrible and I was charged an additional $40/night, which did not suffice @ all. I wouldn't return nor recommend. Well, that is if someone prioritizes location over amenities & accommodations. "
