"I found the room to be cozy and clean. The hallways were obviously vaccumed on a regular basis. I had a very comfortable stay, not worrying about cleanliness at all. The pools were sparkling and appropriately separated for different age groups. "

"Carpets need to be changed or washed on regular basis, except that room and bathroom was very clean. Refrigerator temperature was not good. Microwave was not available in the room but they gave us on request. Staff member was very co-operative and friendly. Room’s walls were not sound proof. Lots of noise comes from outside and other rooms. "

"My wife had surgery at nearby hospital, worked out well as hospital was close by. I felt the staff were all friendly and helpful. Only thing that bothered me was I had to go through Expedia to get a room at a reasonable rate,when I called the first time to hotel they told me rooms almost booked and had to change crazy rates to book in,called Expedia and they got me in at a reasonable rate, long story short I will be using Expedia for all my hotel bookings. "
