"It could use some updates. I wanted a room closer to the pool for the grandkids. It was smelly. Like cigarette smoke. Pool was small and the Color was not what I’d consider “clear”. Staff was amazing and friendly. I only stayed one night. So I made the best of it and didn’t change rooms. I think a lot of construction workers stay there. So it is what it is. I’d stay aga."

"The breakfast was terrible… few boiled eggs.. and cereal was stale.. waffle station which because there was not much to choose from (cereal, toast, yogurt) everyone was lined up for a waffle . Disappointed as the hotel is not the cheapest in the area ,next time we will shop around. But staff was friendly!"

"Feedback after 1 stay: - Check in was easy and convenient - Rooms are basic. - Booked a Queen Bed. Did not get a queen bed, it was a very small double. - Bathroom is a bathroom shower room all in one. Dirty floors, long hairs from previous guests still visable on the floor. The shower does not drain well and water goes almost all the way out to the main floor. Had to place a towel in the bathroom door entrance to ensure it did not. -Coffee cups are very small for the coffee maker that is provided and resulted in overfilling each time. Suggestion would be to have coffee cups that are adequate for the size of the automatic coffee maker provided. - Zero communication from the property management when I reach out via hotels.com to request a late check out. No reply at all. -Location is very convenient. - Overall property is a great set up,with common areas for working or gathering. -Property is quiet and has good space for working in the room or in common areas."

"4-star price with 2 star service. We were unaware that you must place the housekeeping sign on the door for them to clean your room and even when we did, our room was not cleaned. We had to go to the front desk to ask for our room to be cleaned. Also, they did not change the breakfast items at all throughout the week."
