The living space was comfortable, the kitchen had everything I needed, and the beds were very comfortable. The location was convenient and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day out. "A lovely flat close to all the amenities and transport hubs in Sunderland. Only a 20min walk to the Stadium of Light if you are going to the football. There is a great curry house just next door and a Wetherspoon across the road for breakfast. "
