Located in Sundern, in the heart of the Sauerland, Holiday Home Titz welcomes you in a quiet, secluded spot. Suitable for up to 10 guests, the house features four bedrooms and a living room with two sofa beds. There is a bathroom and a guest WC upstairs. The fully equipped, cozy kitchen-living room opens directly onto the terrace. High-speed Wi-Fi is available. You will also find a washing machine and a workspace. Central heating and an additional wood stove in the kitchen provide a pleasant atmosphere. Families benefit from two high chairs, a baby cot, plus shared toys and books for children. The spacious yoga room can also be used as a playroom.
Enjoy the private garden and sheltered terrace. A small stream flows in front of the house, and a fire pit invites you to relaxing evenings. A private barbecue is available for outdoor meals.
