"We visited this property and had to leave unfortunately due to the pool having to much chlorine and my children coughing all night the room was not very clean and the pull out bed they provided us with was stained and nasty couldn’t even use it. "

"The townhouse was exactly as advertised and the host answered all emails in a timely manner.We were very pleased with the townhouse and location.It was close to shopping, a theater, and good restaurants.We did enjoy Longmont and the proximity to Boulder as well."

"It was my first time here in Colorado. I stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights. They never made my bed. I spoke to staff at the front desk on why my bed wasn’t made, my towels weren’t replaced, and my trash was not taken out. Their response, “We make your bed every 3 days. I can make a note regarding your room for them to clean it.” I left my contact info for the manager to give me a call. No call back either. They didn’t clean my room or make my bed until the 4th day. Next day, I went home. Friendly staff but no one is taking responsibility for their actions. I got new towels only because I requested for it. Personally I would not stay here again. "
