"Buena Vista is truly a beautiful place to stay, everything about it, decor, size of room, amenities in the kitchen & bathroom, patio area & the view. The staff were really helpful. The laundry area excellent, we have been traveling around Vancouver island for 2 weeks & this is by far the best accommodation through Hotels.com & not the most expensive."

"This is a beautiful home - it looks just like the photos. Access to the surrounding cliffside property and the beach below are added pluses. Robin was proactive in communication, so check in and understanding the home's features was easy peasy. Be aware that the stairs to the loft (sleeping space) are steep, but the stair lighting is useful for nighttime trips to the washroom. Overall as long as your mobility is good, I would recommend this place to others."

"Good location with view of the ocean. Includes small balcony. Lots of road noise as the main road is between the water and the hotel. No problem for sleeping. The king size mattress needs to be replaced. The extra foam mattress top did not cut it. This hotel has an elevator. Furniture is dated but functional."

"WOW! Was the first word I uttered when stepping into this bright, yet cosy, open concept cottage. And sparkling clean. A full wall of windows plus a window and patio door on the shorter wall ensured wonderful water and shoreline views from the living room,dining room and well appointed kitchen. The decor was tasteful; minimalist yet cosy as I mentioned before. And the furniture (including the bed) very comfortable. Great deck with patio set and barbecue as well as easy beach access. Would I come back again? Absolutely and hope to do so. Marilyn Roman"
