"Pool not working, looks bad and in dire need of a renovation. Advertising leads you to think there is some sort of thermal pool or something. There is not."

"Staff are always so helpful and knowledgeable of attractions and amusements of the area. Rooms were spotless and provisional with container of kitchen utensils for cooking. The heater kept the room nice and toasty after a long day. Lovely and relaxing to soak in the spa pools, and to be given our own complimentary bath towels. Internet dropped in and out, connection from our cabin was difficult to reach. Otherwise overall, had the best overnight stay"

"Waited at the front for a couple of hours, no one was in the reception area so we could check in early. No utensils, we had to ask to get a microwave. The condition of room was quite unattractive."

"This is a lovely hotel in a prime location. I hadn’t been to Rotorua before so had no idea of where things were. Quest was near everywhere I wanted to go! The room was tidy and spacious. Staff were lovely."
