"Great option for staying near Canal Park. More expensive than usual due to MEA vacation, but the rooms and service were great. Lots of kids and family around, but it was quiet for sleeping, and there area plenty of places for kids and family to hang out. Very busy for the breakfast, with food running out and slow to fill on Friday, and a late open on Saturday morning, but the food was great, there was plenty of seating and staff were friendly. Room was very comfortable, and the whole facility felt very well maintained. Recommended"

"Stayed with my family of 5. For the price range, it was a great stay. The kids loved the indoor pool and hot tub however be aware if late at night, there aren't any pool towels so you'll have to ask in the front. Breakfast was good but very limited seating."

"We had a wonderful time at this VRBO. The location was amazing and very quiet! We explored the walking path behind the property even in the rain! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and we appreciated the fresh ground coffee with coffee flavorings too! Would absolutely stay here again and in fact, have already looked for future dates so we can return during ski season."

"An older facility with new furnishings. Easy access to Duluth, but outside the city proper. There is a nice seating area outside we unfortunately discovered as we were leaving, but it seems like a nice spot to sit outside in a remarkably pretty area for a hotel."
