"The name Hilton used to speak for itself, no review was necessary. * One clerk at front desk made check in an exercise in patience. * Hallway needed painted. *Room furniture was cheap damaged and unfitting of the name Hilton. *No stationary in desk or room service menu. Replaced by a scroungy UPC code. *Shower/tub was second rate and did not drain. *Hotel maintenance took for ever to come repair the issue. *The hotel maintenance man after repairing the drain went around me and despite my objections went around the bed my wife was in and went to look out the window before leaving. Totally unacceptable stay."

"Staff professional and friendly; however, we arrived at 10:00 pm and there was no room service or bar service available. Front desk assisted but only after noting nothing was available and then finding the card in the room stating to call for bar needs. Many travels including myself would appreciate services for at least 11pm - 12am arriving late from business travel in."

"staff is very nice and accommodating. we were traveling with a large dog and they are very kind and the property makes that easy. pet rooms have no carpet which is good but the rooms are a little tired but prices are reasonable and location worked well for us."

"As the wife of the renter for the weekend, there was no description of the driveway and how it is really steep and small car friendly only, ( we drive a ram power wagon) it did not state it is a shared property with the owners residence connected, nor did it state 4/20 friendly with weed vap smoking on the patio. Outdoor furniture needs replaced as well. The actual house part was great and clean inside but we will not stay again. "

"We paid for a walking shower king suite and got a hearing accessible room. No other accessible rooms were available due to renovations. Created a safety hazard for my wife. Who is wheelchair bound and could not shower in the tub shower combo. "

"The lighting for reading in the room was OUTSTANDING! Most hotels do not provide enough bright light to be able to read in bed. I had to call on maintenance for a small issue and the young man was delightful. WARNING: There is no freezing unit in the refrigerator."
