"The shower didn't drain and even though it was called to management's attention a couple times and we're assured the problem would be taken care of nothing changed during 4 day stay."

"Staff was outstanding during my overnight stay. There were a lot of amenities that I didn’t use but reception staff asked about my visit and made sure I knew where all the things I needed were and how they worked. Room was perfect, very clean and comfortable. 5-star service. Really close to Lake Sammamish. Such a beautiful area. If you don’t mind a little longer drive, take the much prettier Sunset Drive route from SEA."

"We absolutely loved our short time here! The cabin is perfectly appointed, clean and organized. The night we stayed was really blustery and just pouring rain nonstop until the sun broke through the early morning clouds but we were warm and cozy the whole time! We're so glad we decided to stay the night rather than driving back home to Ruston after a concert at Marymoor Park. We hope to do a "staycation" here again! The owners were quick to respond to questions before we arrived and we felt welcomed by the personal touches they made both inside and outside all around this beautiful property. Check-in/out was a breeze and the property is easy to access."

"the place was great! beautiful property in a very quiet area. you could relax on any of the decks and listen to the birds. clean, with plenty of amenities for a large family. you can walk into issaquah which is really nice as well. 1 minor issue: - the floors will creak quite a lot. not a problem if you spend time upstairs, but a bit of a problem if you have some early birds upstairs while folks are still sleeping in the bedrooms. but if everyone has the same schedule then it's all good. Honestly i would still book the place because it was ideal for what we needed"

"We stayed at this property for one night during a family trip to Seattle on Saturday, May 23. The house itself was very nice, and aside from some normal wear and tear, we were happy with it overall.Before our stay, I requested an early check-in because we had a formal event that evening and needed time to get ready. The host told me the house would be ready anytime after 3:00 PM. When we arrived at 3:00, however, the cleaner was still working and asked us to return in about 40 minutes. Unfortunately, we had dinner reservations and a car service scheduled for 4:00 PM, so we didn’t have much flexibility. The cleaner allowed us to use a bathroom to get ready in while she continued cleaning.When we left around 4:15 PM, she was still washing bedding. We returned after 11:00 PM and found all of the bed linens piled in the laundry room. Bedding in the dryer was still wet, and none of the beds had been made, so we slept for the night without bed linens.I messaged the host the next morning but didn’t receive a response until after I followed up again on Tuesday. She explained that the previous guests had checked out late and implied that the cleaner was unable to finish because we were still at the property at 6:00 PM, which was inaccurate since we were gone for the evening. She also informed me that there were extra linens in the upstairs closet.What disappointed me most was not the inconvenience itself, but the lack of communication, apology, and accountability afterward."
